Perimeter distribution to the plot through three blocks of houses for the elderly and young rent (to be carried out in 3 phases as a process of economic viability), forming an interior triangle as a semi-public space for interaction between neighbors: walks, playgrounds , squares, pools, etc. The topography presents a gap that is solved with platforms, its connection is articulated by means of ramps and stairs in the urbanization area. Distribution elements with photovoltaic trees are created for self-sufficiency of the set, interrelated with plant trees.

Morphotypological structure at height:

Semi-buried plant: Parking lots and storage rooms

Ground floor: rental homes adapted for the elderly. They are arranged on this floor so that they do not have to depend on the use of elevators and can have a private outdoor space.

First floor: simplex youth rental homes, which are accessed through a common distributor that turns into the central urbanization of the plot.

Second and third floors: young duplex rental house, with access from the common distributor on the second floor.
