Interior reform project for a house located on the top floor of a multi-family building in the historic center of a town near the city of Valencia. In accordance with the needs program, the project is the result of the interaction of the basic compositional criteria on housing, the existing reality of this building and thirdly, the observation of the ordinances.

The project aims to solve the client's needs while maintaining the traditional style of typical houses in Mediterranean municipalities.
