Six isolated single-family homes in the Montesano residential urbanization in Bétera. The plots are located around one end of the street, radially. The single-family homes that are fully framed in the current environment of the area and whose integration in it is carried out correctly and smoothly.

The houses are presented as a set of cubic volumes that create different covered and open terraces. Three different types of dwellings are designed, but always with the same compositional criteria that give the same set of dwellings the same reading.

The typical functional program of the houses is as follows: Basement: storage room, staircase to the house.

Ground floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, covered terrace, open terrace, access staircase to the first floor.

First floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dressing room, open terrace, access staircase to the second floor.

Second floor: access to the covered terrace.
