The project focuses on the functionality of a small house for a family of four. Due to the orientation and the need for a wide program, the main idea is to organize the spaces around a day area and a night area. The day area seeks the best orientation and the visual and organizational connection of the dining, living room and kitchen areas.

Three proposals are created to satisfy the needs of the clients, always with the idea of ​​creating functional and flexible spaces that make it possible to live in a different way compared to the original house.
